External Controller with Built-in Thermometer
This heater includes an external controller with a built-in thermometer for easy and precise temperature management. The HD LED display shows the current water temperature in real time. A red light on the display indicates when the heater is actively warming the water, and it turns off once the target temperature is reached. The display also shows error codes for quick troubleshooting if a fault occurs. Remember to keep the controller out of the water, as it is not waterproof.
Simple and Safe Operation
Setting your ideal temperature is simple. Just press the button until you reach your desired value, which can be anywhere from 59℉ to 93℉. The display will flash your setting three times before returning to the current water temperature, confirming your selection.
Safety is a top priority with our heater. It features an advanced explosion-proof quartz heating tube and a dry-burn control system that automatically shuts off the heater and displays an “Er” code if it runs dry. It also has over-temperature protection, stopping heating and showing an “EE” code if the water temperature exceeds 95℉. The durable plastic shell also helps prevent scalding.

So far its working well. I like the digital display. Havent done a comparison with a calibrated probe to see how accurate it is.
Not sure about this. Heating isn’t consistent. I keep on 79 and it’s staying cool water to touch. Bumped up yo 80. 10 gallon tank with single Betta. I believe this fluctuates in temperatures. It looks great. Love the style. I have back up heaters just in case but don’t feel confident in trusting this to keep a warm temp that Bettas require. Gave 4 stars mainly for appearance
