Very impressed with there design, suction power is great, and does what it says and prevents still water which was the reason I wanted it.
My turtle grew a few inches bigger then he was supposed to so I needed to upgrade to a bigger tank. The bubblers I used for Mt old tank barely did enough for my turtle to even notice they were on so I looked into this as an option and glad I did.
The noise is on par with other large bubblers but this gives a decent movement feature which they didn’t. He really enjoys swimming through it in his free time when he isn’t sleeping! Also enough power / flow to move around his play ball that he pushes around the tank. Cord length is long enough to plug in on my hidden power strip. Good quality so far
This is an overall nice wavemaker for my saltwater aquarium. It runs quietly and has been running for several months now without an issue. The only feature that I wish this wavemaker had was an adjustable wave flow. For this particular product, it’s either on or off – but some others I have seen have the additional feature that makes it seem more ‘lifelike’ for the fish in the aquarium. Overall great product.
This creates a nice surface flow for your large aquariums. The price is fair, the quality is decent, and it’s easy to setup. The adjustments allow for a custom flow as well, so that’s a plus. My only advice is to research what fish are stressed by these devices, since some are sensitive to too much flow.
Love that I can have a flow going each way and not just a singular direction. I don’t have a tank large enough to use this in currently but I have a project I am putting together slowly these will be amazing in.
