What’s to say, beyond it works well and is very quiet?
Longevity? Don’t know. I’ve replaced the rubber bladder in the old time ones, but now, with this type, I don’t know if I could. But, I liked the first one enough to order a second one!

This air pump is a very good buy, it’s quiet and exceeds the performance I expected.
I was debating on replacing my air stone and pump due to very few bubbles. I opted for a pump because my old one was so loud. Clearly the stone is fine, as this thing pumps a TON of air. Only issue is that at the moment, I only need one tube so I figured I¡¯d just leave one unattached. It was VERY loud! I took the second tube and plugged it in and just let it wrap around the pump and it¡¯s way better. Definitely a quality pump for the price and maybe I should have gone with a single tube pump in the first place but this workaround is perfectly acceptable.
